Jessica
and I had the opportunity to go on an Alaskan Cruise
with an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters group.
Neither of us are ASL Interpreters, but this was a good
way to use and practice this beautiful language in a
very fun setting. We were invited to go with Jessica's
college interpreters, Liz Lockwood and Corinna Moore.
We departed from Seattle, Washington on June 31, 2006
and visited four unique cities: Juneau, Skagway, Icy
Strait Point, and Victoria, BC. Our amazing adventure
came to a close as we returned to Seattle on July 7,
2006.
